How it works

From discovery call to buyer meetings, step by step

Cold email works when the boring parts are done properly: the right buyers, a clean sending setup, emails that sound like the trade, and fast follow-up. Here is exactly how we do it, and what we need from you.

The six steps

The same process, every client

Each step has one owner and one output. You always know what is happening and what comes next.

  1. 01
    Week 1

    Discovery call

We learn your categories, certification, MOQs, price points, lead times and terms. You tell us which buyers you already work with so we never email them.

  2. 02
    Week 1

    Offer and buyer profile

We turn your strengths into a single offer a buyer can say yes to, and define exactly who counts as the right buyer: store type, size, region and job title.

  3. 03
    Weeks 1–3

    Domains, inboxes and warm-up

We register separate sending domains, set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and warm up the inboxes for 2–3 weeks. Your main company domain never sends a campaign email.

  4. 04
    Weeks 2–3

    Verified list and copy

We build a list of the right decision-makers, verify every address and write a short sequence in the language of the trade. Nothing is sent until you approve it.

  5. 05
    Week 3 onward

    Launch and hand-over

Campaigns go live at safe daily volumes. We sort the replies, answer the simple questions and pass interested buyers and booked meetings to you.

  6. 06
    Every week

    Weekly report

Every week you see emails sent, replies, interested leads, meetings and what we are testing next. No vanity numbers.

Timeline

What the first month looks like

Most of the first weeks go into setup you never see, so the campaign can run safely for months afterwards.

  1. Week 1

Discovery call, offer and buyer profile agreed, sending domains registered.

  2. Weeks 1–3

Inboxes warm up. In parallel we build and verify the list and write the sequence.

  3. Week 3

You review the list sample and approve the emails. Nothing goes out before this.

  4. Week 3–4 onward

Campaign live at safe daily volumes. Replies sorted, interested buyers and meetings handed to you.

  5. Every week

Report: sent, replies, interested leads, meetings, and what we change next.

FAQ

Questions about the process

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

How long before the first campaign goes out?

Usually 2–3 weeks. The sending inboxes need that long to warm up safely, and we use the time to build your list and write the emails.

Do we see the emails before they are sent?

Always. You approve the sequence and a sample of the list before launch, and we ask again before any major change.

Whose name do the emails go out under?

Usually a real person from your team, sent from a separate domain that looks like your brand. Buyers reply to a person, not a logo.

What counts as a qualified meeting?

A decision-maker from the agreed target profile who actually attends the call. No-shows and people outside the profile do not count. We report them every week; we do not charge per meeting.

What happens after onboarding?

We review the first results together, then keep the segment running, add segments or countries, and plan campaigns around the trade shows you exhibit at.

Ready to meet buyers who order?

We work with 6 jewelry suppliers at a time, and never two that compete for the same buyers. Tell us what you sell and we will tell you honestly whether we are a fit.
