1. About these terms
These terms are set by JewelFindy, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). Part A applies to anyone using jewelfindy.com. Part B applies to businesses that hire us ("you", the client). If we sign a written proposal or agreement with you, it applies alongside these terms, and where the two differ, the signed document wins.

Part B · Our services
3. How work starts
We work with 6 clients at a time. After a discovery call, if a slot is free, we send a short written proposal that sets out the segment, the country, the buyer profile, the trade shows you exhibit at and the fees. The engagement starts when you accept the proposal in writing (email is fine) and the onboarding fee is paid. If no slot is free, we offer you a place on the waitlist.
4. Onboarding
Onboarding is a one-time fee for the first 30–45 days. It covers a deliverability check of your company domain, sending domains and inboxes with 2–3 weeks of warm-up, around 500 verified buyers for your first segment and country, the email sequence (approved by you), the launch of the first campaign and a review call. The current fee is shown on our pricing page and confirmed in your proposal.
The onboarding fee is paid in advance. It pays for work that starts straight away (domains, inboxes and the buyer list), so it is not refundable once that work has begun. If we cannot start, we refund it in full.
5. The retainer
After onboarding, the work continues on a flat monthly retainer, invoiced at the start of each month. It includes:
- outreach to new buyers: fresh lists, new segments and new countries;
- trade show campaigns for the shows agreed in your proposal: invitations to your own contacts and to new buyers before each show, and follow-ups after it;
- regular inbox-placement checks of your sending;
- reply handling, meetings handed to you, weekly reports and a monthly review.
There are no setup fees and no fees per meeting. The retainer has a minimum term of 3 months after onboarding, because warm-up, the first campaigns and the first round of improvements take about that long. After that it runs month to month. Current prices are on our pricing page; we give at least 30 days’ notice before changing the price of an ongoing retainer.
For trade show campaigns sent to your own contacts, you confirm that those contacts gave you their details in a business context (for example at your booth or as customers), so that emailing them is lawful in their country. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and we honour it.
6. Invoices and payment
Invoices are in US dollars and due within 7 days of the invoice date, by bank transfer or another method shown on the invoice. Prices exclude any VAT or other taxes that apply, which are added where required. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause campaigns until it is paid.
7. Exclusivity
We work with no more than 6 clients at a time. While you are a client, we do not run campaigns for another client in the same category – natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, jewelry, or services to jewelers – in the same country, and we never reuse your emails or lists for anyone else. Exclusivity ends when the engagement ends.
8. Who does what
We will:
- build the buyer list to the agreed profile and verify the addresses;
- write the emails and send nothing until you approve them;
- send at safe volumes from authenticated domains, following our outreach standards;
- handle replies, pass interested buyers and booked meetings to you, and honour every opt-out across all campaigns;
- send a report every week.
You will:
- give us accurate information about your goods, including clearly describing lab-grown, treated or simulated stones, and only offer goods from legitimate, non-sanctioned sources;
- tell us which buyers you already work with, so we do not email them;
- review drafts within a reasonable time (we suggest 3 business days);
- attend the meetings and follow up with interested buyers yourself;
- make sure your offer, prices and claims meet the rules of your market, such as the FTC Jewelry Guides in the US.
We can decline or stop a campaign that would be misleading or unlawful, or that falls under the work we refuse in our outreach standards.
9. Sending domains and inboxes
We register separate sending domains for your brand and set up the inboxes; the cost is included in our fees. Your main company domain never sends campaign email. The sending domains are used only for your campaigns, and when we stop working together we transfer them to you on request. Renewal costs after the transfer are yours.
10. No guarantees
Results depend on your offer, your market, timing and how buyers respond. We do our work with care, but we do not guarantee a number of meetings, replies or sales, or that every email reaches the inbox. Nobody can honestly promise those.
11. Data and confidentiality
- Data protection: both of us comply with the data protection laws that apply. We handle campaign data as described in our privacy policy. You use the details of buyers we pass to you only to follow up on that conversation, and you respect their opt-outs. A data processing agreement is available on request.
- Confidentiality: each of us keeps the other’s business information private – prices, customers, results and plans – during the engagement and for two years after it ends, unless the information is already public or the law requires disclosure.
12. Intellectual property
Your brand, product information and materials stay yours; you allow us to use them for your campaigns. Once paid for, you may keep using the emails we wrote for you. Our methods, templates and tools stay ours. Prospect lists stay with us and are never sold or handed over; you receive the details of buyers who reply with interest.
13. Liability
Neither of us is liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities. Our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud.
14. Ending the engagement
- After the 3-month minimum term, either of us can end the retainer with 30 days’ notice by email. Notice can be given during the minimum term so that it ends when the term does. Fees for the notice period remain due.
- We can end the engagement straight away if you seriously breach these terms, ask us to send misleading or unlawful content, or leave an invoice unpaid for 14 days after a reminder.
- When work ends, we stop sending, transfer the sending domains on request, and return or delete your confidential information.
15. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date. For current clients, a change applies from the next billing month after we tell you. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah decide any dispute.
